last friday.. after a 3 or 4 month dry spell, the class peeps has once again met up! dinner was at sun with moon.. the new hip and happening jap restaurant at wheelock place, 3rd floor. very popular with the general public, so of cos i had to make reservations.

reservations were made thru this quite interesting site. it's called menulog - not sure if this is an old idea but the concept is pretty novel. you can easily find heaps of restaurants in singapore on that webbie and even make an online booking (confirmation via email/sms). more interestingly, i decided the try looking for a couple of fav restaurants in australia and lo and behold! they were also cataloged there ^_^ 5 stars for quite a comprehensive website!!

anyways, a pity that koh and tan could not join us for dinner, was a pretty toned down affair. considering our hey days back in jc where we were just down right boisterous, hinging on public annoyance. yet, there were definitely glimpses of the old and immature us during several turns of conversation. and it was absolutely fantastic to be walking down memory lane with a bunch of awesome buddies. plus we had good food and sake. yes sweet sweet cold sake... yums!

sat was another interesting day. met Dogfish after a 3 -4 month dry spell.. caught up with the gang.. and of cos bro tagged along. after a dinner at nydc, we proceeded to the new happening hip cool funky expat ridden place called dempsey rd. courtesy of mr fantasizer.. nice chill out place (forgot the name) with very natural surroundings. so natural that my feet are currently ridden with many tiny red dots. also known as mosquito bites. i hope to whatever higher powers out there i don't get dengue. had my bro drank like 3 shooters.. alcohol content was so low i cld not feel it. ahahhahahah! was quite funny to see your younger bro drinking. esp if he's legal yet. hahahahh! but he did it with gusto man! just really down the shot. of cos ostrich egging him on prob helped (not in a good way tho).

yesterday was AWESOME. really.. the missing piece of a11 has returned from the land of magic leprechauns, and i met up with him for dinner. the dinner wasn't that good. but the company was awesome! did i mention that already?? heh.. then met the rest of the jigsaw puzzle at holland v. well.. let's just say we were up to our tricks again. planned to go wala's didn't eventually make it there. on phrase to sum up the night... fantastic night out with my fav pple!
